#MAKEAQUESTIONFRIDAY: ISSUE 2

Today is another Friday of providing answers to your questions. I started this segment last week and the feedbacks I got was amazing. Thank you. A lot of the questions I got are a bit personal but I will try to answer them in the best way I can. If you missed the first post of this segment, here it is.

HOW DID YOU START YOUR BLOG?

I did not know anything about blogging prior to the day I started blogging but I knew I would love to own my own blog. At first, I signed up for a free website on wordpress.com but I did not like it. So I called my friend who is a web/software developer and he helped me with owning a website with my name on it. Now, everything I know about blogging and its terminologies, I checked on Google. I browsed a lot before I got it right.

WHEN WAS THE DEFINING MOMENT FOR YOU WHEN IT COMES TO BLOGGING?

Well, I have had lots of amazing moments since I started blogging but every time I log into my space/blog and I see feedbacks, it is always fulfilling. However, the most defining moment for me was when I got a feedback on a particular article which helped my reader to overcome a particular addiction. If you wish to read this article, here you have it .

DO YOU HAVE STRUGGLES OR CHALLENGES WITH YOUR BLOG?

I started blogging last year, November to be precise. Therefore, I am still struggling with getting more readers and putting my blog out there. But with consistency and determination, I will get my desired level of attainment with my blog. To be honest, sometimes, it could get overwhelming and there are times I get sad for no reason and I doubt myself but I know with time, everything will be fine. I mean, I just started blogging and the response has been amazing.

MOST SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE IN YOUR JOURNEY IN LIFE?

To be honest, I have quite a few of them but I feel the most significance experience for me is discovering myself and staying true to my individuality is what I value most.

RANDOM FACTS ABOUT YOU?

  • I do not take alcohol. I just hate the fact that there is something called Alcohol, but I can take Soda for days.
  • I genuinely like meeting people and getting to know them. I do not fake my friendship with anyone.
  • When I’m hungry, I remain quiet and suck my lips.

LIFE LESSONS YOU WISH YOU KNEW EARLIER ?

ANY ADVICE/TIPS YOU WOULD LOVE TO SHARE?

Of course! Firstly, I feel the only way to show that you are creative in your chosen field is by creating. Do not stop creating. Put your creative piece out there and in no time, you will be recognized. Also, consistency is very important when dealing with work and other related aspects. Never stop being consistent.

I hope I was able to answer your questions. Keep sending in more questions. Thank you.
